You can delete your Goated account at any time.
Delete in the app
1. Open the Goated app and sign in. 2. Tap your profile icon in the top right to open Account. 3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account," then confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security. This removes your login and account access immediately.
Request full data erasure
To request erasure of all data associated with your account (including bets, stats, and subscription records), email support@goatedbets.com from the email address on your account, and we will process the deletion.
What is deleted and what is kept
When your account is deleted, your profile, sign-in identity, and saved preferences are removed. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, after which it is deleted. InstaSlip raw audio and transcripts are not retained.
