# Goated Bets Privacy Policy

Goated Bets LLC ("Goated," "we," "us," or "our") provides sports research,
analytics, artificial-intelligence tools, and related websites and mobile
applications (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains the information we
collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

The Services provide information and entertainment. Goated is not a sportsbook,
does not accept wagers or deposits, and is intended only for people age 21 or
older.

## Information We Collect

### Account information

We collect information used to create and operate an account, such as your name,
email address, authentication provider, account identifier, and account status.
Apple, Google, or Firebase may process sign-in information when you use their
authentication services.

### Subscription and purchase information

When you start a trial, purchase a subscription, renew, cancel, restore, or
experience a billing issue, we receive transaction and subscription information
such as the product, price, currency, transaction dates, trial or promotional
status, renewal state, and entitlement status. Apple processes payment-card and
App Store billing details; Goated does not receive your payment-card number.

### App activity and content

We collect information about how the Services are used, including app sessions,
onboarding and paywall interactions, feature use, selected sportsbooks, bet
selections, checkout results, app interactions, and other usage data. Some app
activity is associated with an account, while some is collected without being
linked to an account.

If you use voice input in InstaSlip, the submitted audio is processed to
interpret the request. Goated does not store the raw audio or a written
transcript. We may retain the structured bet selections produced from the
request, your feedback, timing, and error telemetry to provide the feature and
evaluate its accuracy. The AI provider may temporarily retain submitted audio
under its security and abuse-monitoring rules.

### Device, analytics, and diagnostic information

We and our service providers may collect device and installation identifiers,
IP address, operating system and device information, approximate location
derived from IP address, app-instance identifiers, app events, crash logs,
performance and reliability information, and other technical or diagnostic
data. Depending on the service and when collection occurs, some of this data is
linked to an account or device and some is not linked to a user's identity.

On iOS, advertising identifiers and Meta measurement data are used only through
the App Tracking Transparency flow. If you allow tracking, the app may collect
and share an IDFA, Meta anonymous identifier, app activation, and
purchase/subscription events to measure Goated advertising. The app does not
send registration, feature-use, or sportsbook-interaction events directly to
Meta. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the redesigned app does not
deliberately collect a non-zero IDFA or send identifiable Meta measurement
events. Apple may still provide privacy-preserving aggregate attribution.

### iOS App Privacy summary

The following summary corresponds to the data categories disclosed for the iOS
app in App Store Connect. A category may appear in both the linked and unlinked
lists when separate services or collection paths handle that category
differently.

- **Data that may be used to track you after the required permission:** purchase
 history, device identifiers, and product interaction data.
- **Data that may be linked to you:** name, email address, user ID, device ID,
 coarse location, product interactions, other usage data, purchase history,
 and other SDK or service data.
- **Data that may not be linked to you:** device ID, coarse location, product
 interactions, purchase history, audio data, crash data, and other diagnostic
 data.

Audio Data in this summary refers to the optional InstaSlip voice recording. It
does not mean that Goated stores a written voice transcript.

### Website information

Our website may collect IP address, browser and device information, referring
pages, pages viewed, cookies, similar technologies, and information you submit
through forms. Website controls may differ from mobile-app controls.

## How We Use Information

We use information to:

- create and secure accounts;
- provide sports research, AI features, subscriptions, and paid entitlements;
- authenticate purchases, prevent fraud, restore access, and provide support;
- understand product use, diagnose failures, and improve performance and
 features;
- send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
- measure the effectiveness of Goated advertising and create advertising
 audiences when the required permission has been granted;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, Goated, and others.

## Service Providers and Sharing

We disclose information to service providers that process it for the purposes
described above. These providers include:

- Apple for App Store distribution, billing, subscriptions, and aggregate
 attribution;
- Google and Firebase for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, cloud
 services, and Google Gemini AI processing;
- RevenueCat for purchase validation, entitlement management, subscription
 analytics, and authorized lifecycle integrations;
- Customer.io for account, transactional, lifecycle, and marketing messaging;
- Meta for ATT-authorized advertising measurement, matching, and audiences;
- hosting, security, customer-support, and communications providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and
safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale
of assets. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising
measurement or audience sharing may be treated as "sharing" or targeted
advertising under some privacy laws; the choices below apply to those uses.

## Your Choices

- **App tracking:** On iOS, choose Allow or Ask App Not to Track in Apple's
 prompt. You can later change the setting under iOS Settings → Privacy &
 Security → Tracking.
- **Marketing messages:** Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us.
- **Account and deletion:** Use available in-app account controls or contact us
 to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when
 required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law.
- **Cookies:** Use browser or site controls to limit cookies where available.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct,
delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain
processing. We may need to verify your request.

## Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the
Services, maintain subscription and transaction records, secure the Services,
resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business
purposes. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. InstaSlip raw audio
and written transcripts are not retained by Goated; structured bet selections
and non-content feature telemetry may be retained. The AI provider may
temporarily retain submitted audio under its security and abuse-monitoring
rules. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer
reasonably identify you.

## Security and International Processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to
protect information. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process
information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

## Children

The Services are intended only for people age 21 or older. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from anyone under 21. Contact us if you believe a
person under 21 has provided information.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Services, providers, or law.
The "Last Updated" date will show when the revised policy took effect.
